Your massage therapist will ask you how much pressure to apply before and during the massage to ensure your comfort.

(After 1st trimester only) Reduce low back pain and leg cramps, improve sleep, and decrease fluid retention while letting go of stress and tension. Massage is a valuable addition to prenatal care for women at any stage of pregnancy. A nurturing and soothing massage for the mother to be. (Doctors note preferred)
Involves the application of water-heated basalt stones of varying sizes placed upon the body and used to massage away any stress and tension while also creating sensations of comfort and warmth. The direct heat penetrates the muscles and helps to relax the body at a deeper level to create harmony, positive energy flow, and a sense of balance.
