Customized Therapeutic Massage
The universal body massage for relaxation customized for you. Recommended for relaxation/stress management and pain relief. Customized to your needs by combining massage and bodywork techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point, sports, and stretching. Your massage therapist will ask you how much pressure to apply before and during the massage to ensure your comfort.

Hot Stone Therapy
Involves the application of water-heated basalt stones of varying sizes placed upon the body and used to massage away any stress and tension while also creating sensations of comfort and warmth. The direct heat penetrates the muscles and helps to relax the body at a deeper level to create harmony, positive energy flow, and a sense of balance.

Prenatal Massage
(After 1st trimester only) Reduce low back pain and leg cramps, improve sleep, and decrease fluid retention while letting go of stress and tension. Massage is a valuable addition to prenatal care for women at any stage of pregnancy. A nurturing and soothing massage for the mother to be. (Doctors note preferred)

Deep Muscle Therapy
A concentrated therapy using warming and cooling thermal treatments to provide deep muscle pain relief, decrease inflammation and increase circulation.

Aromatherapy
Uses essential oils extracted from herbs, flowers and fruits to naturally enhance well-being. Choose between 4 different mixtures: Aches & Pains, Relaxation, Stress Relief or Breathe Easy

Sugar Foot Scrub
Love your feet. Give them a treat. Soothing and hydrating for tired feet. This is an add-on to your last 10 minutes of your massage session.

*Age Requirement: I am not able to accept appointments for children under the age of 16 years, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children under the age of 18 require a parent or adult guardian signed waiver and/or accompanied by a parent or adult guardian for services.

Gift Certificates
